Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Kenya only.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM EAT.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Nairobi: Orders are delivered within 24 hours.
  • Outside Nairobi: Orders are delivered within 48 hours.
  • Note: Deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Wrong Deliveries

If you receive the wrong product, please call or email us within 24 hours of delivery:

Important:

  • Do not open or tamper with the incorrectly delivered product.
  • Transport charges for pick-up and second delivery of wrongly delivered items will be covered by us.

Pick-Up Options

  • The Bazaar, Moi Avenue: Orders placed before 2:00 PM can be collected the next day.
  • Pick-Up Mtaani: Ready within 1-3 business days.

Product Exchanges

  • All sales are final. No exchanges are allowed once a product is sold.

Product Labeling

  • Product images on the website may vary due to product label upgrades or changes.
  • Rest assured, the product you receive will match the product name and description on our site.
